Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’ve spent the last decade helping independent product brands grow on Faire, and one thing I see over and over again is that when growth stalls, it’s rarely about the product. It’s almost always about how the business is set up around it.
Before working independently, I built my career inside larger brands, and that’s where I developed the commercial lens I bring into this work now. I know what it looks like when a Faire store is set up to convert, and I also know what tends to hold good brands back.

Faire has its own algorithm, its own buyer behavior, and its own set of levers — and what works on your website or at markets doesn’t always translate directly.
